Privacy Policy

How TCC Ops Hub collects, uses, retains, and deletes your data — including Google account data if you sign in with Google.

TCC Ops Hub is an internal operations tool used exclusively by The Cleaning Company Group staff and subcontractors.

Data collected

We collect name, email address, phone number, ABN, and identity documents solely for the purpose of onboarding subcontractors and managing operations.

Data use

Data is used only for internal HR and operations management. It is not sold to third parties.

Data storage

Data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with access restricted to authorised staff.

Google user data

When you sign in with Google, we receive only your basic Google profile information (name, email address and profile picture) to create and identify your account. We do not request access to your Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, Calendar or any other Google data, and we never read or change files in your own Google account.

The Cleaning Company's own operational files (such as site checklists, onboarding folders, profile records, and agreements) are managed by a dedicated company Google Workspace account, whose credentials are held securely in our server configuration. Content from those files is used to fulfil the requested operation and may be briefly cached to improve performance. We do not store copies of these files in our database; we store only file and folder identifiers or links needed to connect operational records to their documents. We do not keep Google OAuth tokens for your personal Google account.

Some company Google Drive content (such as internal help documents) may be processed by our AI assistant provider, Anthropic, solely to answer staff questions within the app. This content is used only to generate the response and is not used to train AI models.

TCC Ops Hub's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

Data retention

  • Google OAuth tokens: we do not keep OAuth tokens for your Google account. Google is used only to confirm who you are at sign-in.
  • Google profile information (name, email) is retained for as long as you have an active account with us.
  • Account and operational data is retained while you are an active staff member or subcontractor, and for up to 7 years afterwards only where required by Australian employment, tax, or record-keeping law.

Data deletion

  • You can revoke this app's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account permissions page . After that, you can still sign in with an email link.
  • To request deletion of your Google user data or your account data, email projects@thecleaningcompany.solutions. We will delete the data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
  • When an account is closed, the app no longer accesses your Google account.
