Privacy Policy

How TCC Ops Hub collects, uses, retains, and deletes your data — including Google account data if you sign in with Google.

TCC Ops Hub is an internal operations tool used exclusively by The Cleaning Company Group staff and subcontractors.

Data collected

We collect name, email address, phone number, ABN, and identity documents solely for the purpose of onboarding subcontractors and managing operations.

Data use

Data is used only for internal HR and operations management. It is not sold to third parties.

Data storage

Data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with access restricted to authorised staff.

Google user data

When you sign in with Google, we receive your basic Google profile information (name and email address) to create and identify your account. With your consent, we also request access to Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Docs so the app can create and manage operational files (such as onboarding folders, profile records, and agreements) on your behalf.

Content accessed from Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs is used to fulfil the requested operation and may be briefly cached to improve performance. We do not store copies of your Google files in our database; we store only file and folder identifiers or links needed to connect operational records to their documents. OAuth tokens for your Google account are held in cookies in your browser that expire automatically; we do not store them in our database. The app also uses a dedicated company service account, whose credentials are held securely in our server configuration, to manage operational files.

Some Google Drive content (such as internal help documents) may be processed by our AI assistant provider, Anthropic, solely to answer staff questions within the app. This content is used only to generate the response and is not used to train AI models.

TCC Ops Hub's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

Data retention

  • Google OAuth tokens: the access token cookie expires within 1 hour and the refresh token cookie within 30 days. We do not store them in our database.
  • Google profile information (name, email) is retained for as long as you have an active account with us.
  • Account and operational data is retained while you are an active staff member or subcontractor, and for up to 7 years afterwards only where required by Australian employment, tax, or record-keeping law.

Data deletion

  • You can revoke this app's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account permissions page . Revoking access immediately invalidates our tokens.
  • Clearing your browser cookies or letting them expire removes all Google tokens held by the app.
  • To request deletion of your Google user data or your account data, email projects@thecleaningcompany.solutions. We will delete the data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
  • When an account is closed, the app no longer accesses your Google account.
